GENERAL RULES

THE CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN MUMBAI ISSUES RUSSIAN VISAS ONLY FOR THE RESIDENTS OF MAHARASHTRA, GUJARAT, MADHYA PRADESH, GOA, CHHATTISGARH, DAMAN AND DIU

If you are a resident of other Indian states and territories you should apply to the other Russian diplomatic and consular missions in India: the Embassy of the Russian Federation in New-Delhi, the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Kolkata or the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Chennai.

PRESENCE OF AN APLICANT IS STRICTLY REQUIRED

A visa officer will not accept any case without the presence of an applicant.

Presence of babies or infants in arms is not required.

THERE IS NO REFUND IN CASE OF DENIAL

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENT

Your receipt contains the amount you paid for processing your case and the date of the collection of your passport. The time of the collection you can specify after submitting your case at the visa section.

CHECK YOUR VISA THE MOMENT YOU COLLECT YOUR PASSPORT

Please, remember that correction will be free of charge only if you apply for it on the same day you collected your passport before the visa section is closed.
